Concordia Christopher Center photo appears in Chicago Architecture Foundation book
The Walter and Maxine Christopher Center for Learning and Leadership at Concordia University Chicago is featured in the Chicago Architecture Foundation's recently published book, The Architecture Handbook: A Student Guide to Understanding Buildings. In photographs of the early childhood center, images of children next to floor-length windows demonstrate the importance of considering proportions during the design process. Concordia University's College of Education and early childhood programs have earned a national reputation for excellence. Holabird & Root's design for the new Center for Learning and Leadership provides an improved setting for modeling ideal teaching practices and promoting the highest standards of quality care to young children.
