Designed to help revitalize the downtown area, the Skybridge is a distinctive cable-stayed style bridge with 99-foot high columns that spans 575 feet over a parking garage, highway, and heavily used railroad tracks as part of Davenport’s “River Renaissance” redevelopment project. The angled glass walls allow unobstructed views to the surrounding city.

At night, LED lights create a rainbow of colors and penetrate translucent glass panels set into the floor of the walkway. The bridge is more than a connection of two points, it is a destination in itself, a place where people go to experience the city and the river.
