Holabird & Root designed a New Performing Arts Center for the Commonweal Theatre Company in historic downtown Lanesboro, Minnesota.
The center serves as a performance venue for the Commonweal Theatre Company, as well as a catalyst for artistic and educational development in southeastern Minnesota and the Upper Midwest.
The new Center offers workshops and art classes, in-school programs, and visual art exhibits.
The facility includes a 200-seat performance space with a thrust stage, rehearsal halls, a black box theater, and offices.
