Holabird & Root, in association with Holly & Smith Architects, designed a renovation and addition to Monroe Hall, an academic building, which houses the Applied Sciences, College of Humanities and Natural Sciences, College of Social Sciences, College of Music and Fine Arts, and Information Technology.
The project includes a phased rehabilitation of the existing and creation of two new floors.
A new theater was designed west of Monroe Hall, which is now linked to Monroe Hall and the Communications Building by new bridges.
