The Marquette Building, located in the heart of Chicago’s Loop, was designed by Holabird & Roche in 1895. Holabird & Root has provided ongoing architectural and engineering services for the building including renovating the arcade and tenant floor bathrooms; upgrading the fire alarm system; and creating an exhibit area between the Marquette Building and the adjoining CPS Building, showcasing the Marquette Building’s history and significance to Chicago.

A new health center was recently completed as well for tenant use. The health club includes locker rooms with showers, bathrooms, and tenant lockers; a fitness class room for yoga, dance, and other fitness classes; and fully-equipped cardio and free weight areas.
