The Marquette Building, located in the heart of Chicago’s Loop, was designed by Holabird & Roche in 1895.

Holabird & Root has provided ongoing architectural and engineering services for the building including renovating the arcade and tenant floor bathrooms; and upgrading the fire alarm system.

The firm also created an exhibit area between the Marquette Building and the adjoining CPS Building, showcasing the building’s history and significance to Chicago.

A new health center was completed for tenant use. It includes locker rooms with showers, bathrooms, and tenant lockers; a fitness class room for yoga, dance, and other fitness classes; and fully-equipped cardio and free weight areas.

Square Footage: 370,000 sq. ft.
