Truman State University turned to the team of Holabird & Root and Powers Bowersox Associates for the programming and design of its new Fine and Performing Arts Center.
The new facility consolidated the existing Visual Arts, Music, and Theater Departments into a single, campus-wide arts center.
Spaces include galleries, studios, a 600-seat concert hall, a 300-seat courtyard theater, and a 200-seat black box theater.
The design of the Center celebrates the acts of creating and performing and provides the campus and the surrounding community with inspiring state-of-the-art performance venues for music and drama.
