Conway Farms Golf Club required the replacement and relocation of its pro-shop adjacent to its club house to create a new member entrance.  Additionally, the Club sought to create a new indoor practice facility on its west range.  Holabird & Root was retained to provide design studies for each facility.  The design solution includes:

• Land planning, site design, and test fit for proposed 11,000-square-foot West Range Practice Facility. 

• Design includes indoor hitting bays that open to the practice range.

• Indoor putting surface and full video technology in each hitting bay to offer extended teaching environments for golf.

• Simulator/video training area.

• Fitness, wellness, and storage space.

• Radiant floor heating for year-round use of the facility.

• Grill/bar for casual dining and social extension of golf training facility.

• Architectural design, site design, and test fit for relocated proposed golf pro shop and new member entry.

• Two-story pro shop and gallery addition to existing clubhouse includes bag, kitchen, and cart storage; women’s lounge; and office space.

• 900-square-foot free-standing caddie building design study including a break room and office space.
