  • 7,250-square-foot redesign and renovation of the Men’s Locker Room and Men’s Shower.

  • 1,350-square-foot redesign and renovation of the main entry and Women’s Lounge.

  • Updated original historic entry and exterior canopy.

  • Maintained original existing slate floor in the informal dining area.

  • Repurposed existing space to create a new lounge.

  • Integrated exterior lawn patio and great lawn design and construction with course improvements.

  • Scheduled design and implementation around key Club operations and events.

  • New 2,600-square-foot paddle hut and 1,500-square-foot viewing deck and lounge with 2 paddle court expansion.
