Concordia Hall replaces an outdated dormitory on the Concordia University Chicago campus and provides the University with the additional units required to support its growing enrollment.

The new dormitory includes a total of 33 units and 144 beds. All units include a kitchenette and living room space, while social gathering spaces are located on each floor.  The project also includes a new gateway and linking structure to a complex of residential buildings that incorporate student gathering spaces, café space, and multi-purpose spaces.
