Holabird & Root was selected to complete a two-phase remodel of the interior office environment with the goal of creating a space that will help attract and retain young engineering talent and appeal to an audience of international clientele and business partners.

The first phase of the remodel comprised common spaces within the office including the employee lounge and the boardroom. The design gives the spaces a clean and contemporary feel while seamlessly integrating sophisticated audio and video technology, including videoconferencing capabilities in the boardroom.

The second phase consists of a redesign and renovation of the rest of the office. The design includes an open office structure with spaces for personal offices and infusion of all new furnitures.
