The New 440,000-square-foot Wadsworth High School + Community Center provides a new facility and educational spaces for the District’s 9th through 12th grade students, integrating 21st century learning with programs for use by the Wadsworth Community at large.

The Holabird & Root design team programmed and planned unique spaces for each partner tenant, as well as identified spaces to share programs, services, and operations. Ultimately, the 70,000 SF Wadsworth Community Center shared 80,000 SF with the integrated Wadsworth High School including the auditorium, performance gymnasium, field house with elevated track, and indoor competition pool with 2nd floor viewing area.
